Sweet Shot Tuesday

I’m a huge proponent of continuing education for photographers. In a digital age where media is constantly changing, where equipment is constantly pushing new boundaries, where social media is a powerful tool, and where education is available with a mere internet connection – the photographer who remains stagnant in his pursuit of continuing education is the photographer left behind.

Sweet Shot Tuesday is launching a little late tonight because I was with other area photographers at the Sandy Puc’ tour – learning marketing ideas, social media concepts, and all sorts of tidbit ideas to help push photographers to be better.

It’s also the perfect segue to announce the winner of Kent Weakley’s Composition eClass. Lucky, lucky is the person who gets to win this spot. For the rest of us, this class is a worthwhile investment in yourself and in your pursuit of the better photographer in you.

Congrats to #93 Alie! Your beautiful post and photos of Maine were gorgeous. Kent drew your name. Please contact me so I can pass along your info to Kent and he will get you registered.

Okay! Let’s see what you’ve been shooting!

  1. Congratulations to Alie! I’ve always wanted to visit Maine. Her photos gave me a little taste of that place.

  2. Congratulations, Alie. This sounds like an awesome opportunity. 🙂
