Hi, I just found a link to your blog and clicked on it because I also have three boys I love your writing and am looking forward to reading more. I also wanted to say that my three boys have such similar personalities as how you described yours in the picture. My oldest is so picky and obedient, hates having his food touch; my middle is special He asks me to tuck him in to bed “like it’s made” so he can just roll out in the morning and not have to make it lol And my youngest is our entertainer and our resident vacuum. He’ll eat anything and everything, and he’ll tell jokes at the same time

You really can “see” each of their personalities with your comments to go along with the picture.

I’ve always thought 3 boys is the perfect number for chaos. My Dad was the eldest of 3 boys, my husband the middle of 3 boys and he had 2 other sets of 3 boy siblings. The crazy stories they all have to tell just makes me think mothers of 3 boys have extra angels around at all times!

That is the most adorable post Darcy! I LOVE it. They each have their own personality and quirks and you know everyone of them! That’s what moms are for! No wonder they think we even have eyes in the back of our head. They’re just so predictable too!
Emerald also cut her hair with scissors only because she snuck gum and it got stuck in her hair. She had to have about 4 inches cut off to fix it. And you know about the “eyebrows” Geeesh! I think the enemy is the gum not the scissors! Your boys are so cute each in their own idividual way!

Remember when Princess Leia cut her hair? She was devastated when I wouldn’t allow her to keep her scissors.
I couldn’t explain to her that the near heart attack she gave me, followed by the 40 minute drive to my sil’s to “fix” her hair wasn’t worth a pair of $1 scissors.

She only recently got privileges again!
